AI Engineer (Lead Role)

We need a hands-on AI Engineer to own, scale, and enhance our AI capabilities while building a world-class AI team along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship AI-powered product features from scratch to production.
• Set up and own DevOps & MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, cost optimization).
• Deploy and manage SaaS-ready AI services with 99.9% uptime.
• Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into outcomes.
• Mentor and grow the AI engineering team, creating documentation and processes for scale.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

If you don’t have these, this role may not be a fit:

• Strong experience in AI/ML development (PyTorch, OpenCV, LLMs).
• Hands-on with SaaS deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
• Solid grasp of DevOps/MLOps best practices.
• Ownership mindset: You don’t wait for instructions; you drive outcomes.
• Solid JavaScript for API & system integration
• Experience in computer vision, AR/VR, or 3D object detection.
• Prior experience leading small engineering teams.
• 3y+ experience in relevant field.

• Salary: BDT 100K - 120K /month (Depending on skill and experience).
