Your mission

Build the acquisition team that turns demand for our WordPress products into qualified users and first-time customers. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a content-calendar coordination job.

What you will own

• Choose priority audiences, offers and channels with the founder; convert them into a focused acquisition plan.

• Lead organic, content, video, paid and partnership specialists through clear briefs, ownership and weekly decisions.

• Diagnose acquisition bottlenecks and personally help launch the first campaigns rather than waiting for a complete team.

• Partner with engineering and design on tracking landing pages and experiments; report attribution limits honestly.

• Hire and coach channel owners; scale the work that produces suitable customers and stop weak experiments.

What you bring

• Evidence of personally improving software acquisition, with the starting baseline, time period, spend, and contribution explained.

• Ability to reason across at least two acquisition channels and connect their performance to first-time customer outcomes.

• Strong prioritization, experiment design, briefing, and people-management skills in a hands-on environment.

• Practical understanding of WordPress or self-service software; clear communication with technical and commercial colleagues.

How success is measured

Qualified new users and first-time paying customers by product and channel; acquisition efficiency; campaign delivery; and customer-quality guardrails, without treating vanity metrics (such as impressions or traffic) as the final result.

• Salary: BDT 100K - 150K /month (Depending on skill and experience).
