Your mission

Own organic discovery, including the shift to AI answers.Search is changing, and we intend to win both the classic version and the AI-answer version. You own all organic discovery across our portfolio: traditional SEO, presence in the WordPress plugin repository, placement in the roundup and comparison articles that drive our category, and our share of citations inside AI assistants.

What you'll own

Organic acquisition across the portfolio: SEO, WP.org repository visibility, roundup/comparison placements, and AI-search (GEO) citation share.

What you'll do

• Own keyword and entity coverage across the portfolio and the organic traffic number

• Drive placement in major roundup and "best-of" comparison articles for our categories

• Optimize our presence and ranking within the WordPress plugin repository

• Build an AI-search (GEO) strategy: get our products cited in AI assistant answers

• Own on-page, technical, and content SEO in partnership with the content seat

• Track and grow organic signups and AI-citation share of voice

You're a fit if

• You've owned SEO at a SaaS or content-driven company with real ranking wins

• You understand both classic SEO and the emerging AI-search/GEO landscape

• You know how the WordPress plugin ecosystem and roundup-article economy work, or can learn fast

• You're fluent with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Search Console, or similar)

• You can turn an audit into a prioritized, shippable roadmap

Bonus points

• Existing relationships with WordPress publishers and reviewers

• Technical SEO depth (site structure, Core Web Vitals, schema)

• Experience earning AI-assistant citations deliberately

What success looks like

• Sustained growth in organic signups across the portfolio

• Presence in the major roundup articles for each active product's category

• A measurable and growing share of AI-answer citations

• Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

• Compensation: Competitive salary + growth opportunities

• Salary: BDT 50K/month (Depending on skill and experience).
