We are looking for a hands-on Senior AR/VR Engineer to own, scale, and enhance our AR/VR capabilities while building world-class immersive experiences along the way.
What You'll Do
Architect, implement, and refine computer vision and AR/VR systems for real-time experiences.
Ensure performance, stability, and low-latency user experiences across platforms and environments.
Optimize rendering pipelines, physics simulations, and real-time interactions to achieve smooth, high-performance experiences.
Ensure systems and algorithms are robust, dependable, and ready for real-world deployment.
Build and optimize image-to-3D pipelines and 3D model workflows, applying ML and computer vision techniques.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality immersive experiences.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping define best practices for AR/VR development.
Produce clear technical documentation covering system design, algorithms, and testing workflows.
Research AR/VR, graphics, and 3D technologies and evaluate their fit for future product direction.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional experience building AR/VR or real-time 3D applications.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing tracking and alignment systems for AR/VR or real-time 3D environments.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Vision techniques for real-time object detection, pose estimation, and scene understanding.
Experience with AR/VR SDKs and frameworks.
Strong understanding of 3D graphics and rendering pipelines, scene management, shaders, and real-time lighting.
Familiarity with GPU optimization, rendering performance, and low-latency input tracking.
Experience working with web-based or cross-platform immersive environments (e.g., WebXR).
Ownership mindset: you don't wait for instructions; you drive outcomes.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AR try-on in fashion, accessories, or consumer product domains.
Experience optimizing AR/VR performance for mobile and low-power devices.
- Advanced understanding of computer vision algorithms applied to AR/VR, such as SLAM, feature tracking, and markerless tracking.
