We are looking for a mid-level candidate who takes full accountability for outcomes and ROI from the role.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, partnership collaborations, and similar roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Long-term experience in affiliate & influencer recruitment will be prioritized.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Good email copywriting skills.
- Exceptional research skills in identifying high-ROI partners
- Experience with outreach tools and tactics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Responsibilities
You will own execution and drive growth across all three core areas of outbound partnership:
1. Affiliate Recruitment & Management:
- Outreach and acquire potential affiliates that will promote our plugins to their audience.
- Planning tactics to increase affiliate participation and engagement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential affiliate.
2. Outbound Collaborations:
- Outreach to potential individuals or companies for promotional collaboration such as email blasts, guest post exchange, social shares, and video promotions.
- Collaborate with external sites to secure guest post approvals and backlink exchanges.
3. Strategy & Research:
- Research and find the right potential affiliates and collaborative opportunities that will give us the best ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall marketing goals.

Increasing the volume of new affiliates acquired and improving affiliate-generated signups/revenue.
Increasing the number of high-quality backlinks secured and the volume of guest post placements.
Improving Response rates on outreach campaigns and conversion rates from prospect to partner.
Direct contribution to revenue growth via affiliate and collaboration channels.
