🎯 Role: HR & People Operations Executive

We are looking for a smart, organized, proactive individual who will own our HR, People, Culture, and daily Finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing people processes, and ensuring the organization runs smoothly every day.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Create job posts, source candidates, and manage the full hiring cycle
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding
  • Build talent pipelines for Engineering, Marketing, Design, Support, and Operations
  1. People Management & Talent Development

  • Maintain employee data, performance records, and development plans
  • Support managers in performance reviews, feedback cycles, and evaluations
  • Assist in employee training, learning initiatives, and growth frameworks
  1. Culture & Engagement

  • Implement Linno’s high-performance culture playbook
  • Organize events, check-ins, HR programs, and engagement activities
  • Ensure a positive, respectful, and productive work environment
  1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR documentation, attendance, leave, and policy administration
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and act as the first point of contact for employees
  • Draft letters, reports, and internal communication
  1. Day-to-Day Finance & Basic Accounting

  • Manage salary sheets, allowances, reimbursements
  • Support bookkeeping, petty cash handling, and expense tracking
  • Work closely with Finance for monthly reconciliation and audits


✔ Requirements

Must-Have

  • 1–3+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable with HR systems, tools, and documentation
  • Understanding of basic finance, payroll, and accounting tasks

Bonus

  • Experience in a tech company, startup, or SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of performance frameworks (OKR, KPIs, Scalable OS)
  • Experience building culture programs or internal HR systems

  • Salary: BDT 30k- 50K/month (Depending on skill and experience).
