We need a hands-on Full Stack PHP Developer to maintain and enhance our existing plugins, build new plugin features, and help shape a world-class engineering culture.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and extend our existing our WordPress plugins, ensuring high code quality and stability.
• Develop new plugins and features, following best practices and scalable architecture.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code in PHP (OOP) and JavaScript (ES6 + React.js).
• Implement and extend functionality using WordPress actions, filters, and hooks.
• Work with REST APIs, custom post types, and advanced WordPress data structures.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to build modern React-based plugin interfaces.
• Use Docker for consistent local development environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Stay current with WordPress Core updates and evolving best practices.

What We’re Looking For

If you don’t have these, this role may not be a fit:

• 2–3 years of professional experience with WordPress development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress core, including hooks, filters, and plugin architecture.
• Solid experience with PHP (OOP) and JavaScript (ES6 + React.js).
• Experience developing custom plugins (not just theme customization).
• Familiarity with REST API integration, AJAX, and data handling in WordPress.
• Working knowledge of Docker or similar containerized environments.
• Version control experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with Composer, WP-CLI, and unit testing.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
