We have our own in-house marketing team that has been responsible for the continued organic growth of our plugins & websites over the past few years. And with a recent successful launch of our latest plugin, WPFunnels, we are looking to expand our marketing team for greater results.

Role:
Join us as a Content Editor, and be part of our highly-motivated marketing team. You will be working hand-in-hand with our current marketing specialists and the development team to help make our plugins more successful and drive more results.
As the content editor, you will be in charge of planning and reviewing our written content produced by content writers. You will publish and optimize the readership of the organization’s marketing and product content. Success in this position will be demonstrated by producing attractive content that increases reader and customer engagement with the company’s products and services.
Salary: 25k - 40k BDT (depending on skills and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Help to formulate a proper SEO optimization strategy
- Research & prepare a data-driven Content plan
- Prepare SEO briefs for content writers
- Proofread and edit the work of our content writers
- Educate & Train Content writers to improve writing skills
- Ensure the team’s tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Fact check and verify information and research
- Manage and update social media accounts and websites
- Contribute new ideas for future publications
- Monitor user engagement, web traffic, and other KPIs
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of experience as a content editor, publisher, or similar position
- Graduate in any field with strong English skills (if possible with O & A Level background);
- Experience in Journalism is a plus
- High Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable about various social media platforms
- Good knowledge of SEO optimization
- Ability to work as a team player in an Agile environment
- Highly organized and performance-oriented
